anyway, i would like to clarify the romanizations of the name of Akaboshi. I haven't read the raw manga to clarify if there are furikanas in them but while our fansub group (Skewed Studios) is working on the Rookies special (which is ack long and bleah flashbacks mostly >_>), the show did mention him toward the end and they mentioned him as Akahoshi.
i honestly am not sure either if it's Akaboshi or Akahoshi but knowing kanji, they can be read in those two ways.
just thought i brought it up.

It's Akaboshi. The manga (as all shounen do) has furigana.
